If your item is in stock, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order once payment is received and cleared. 

 

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING

This method is free and will be used when you order something on back-order or are located outside us. The carrier that will deliver your package, will depend on your local post carrier in your country. The list above gives an estimation of the total duration for processing and shipping.

This shipping method takes about 10-15 business days for most countries. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower depending on the destination country, the efficiency of your local Postal Service, and other factors such as customs clearings that can have an impact on the delivery time but rest assured, we will do our best to deliver the product to you in a timely manner.

Your order will ship out as soon as it’s processed by our warehouse (1-3 business days).

FAILED DELIVERY AND ORDER COLLECTION

If the postal carrier is unable to deliver your order, we will try to find a safe place for you to pick it up. You have 7 days from the day of non-delivery to pick up your package at the collection point assigned by the carrier.

If you have provided an incorrect address, not present at the time of delivery or did not pick up your package on time at the pick-up center, you must contact us to arrange a new shipment of the order. We will apply a fee for additional shipping costs. Refunds for non-collection of orders are not possible.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE TO BE COMPLETED?

We typically process returns/exchanges within 48 hours upon receiving your package.

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Cold Drip will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Once shipped, Cold Drip does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit. In the unlikely event your order is not received within the expected delivery time frame.
